Upcoming group Offering:
My Body
in the Bedroom
Do you ever find yourself worrying about how your body looks during sex instead of being able to enjoy how it feels?
Do you struggle to feel comfortable, confident or fully present in dating and intimate moments?
Our experiences with our bodies are shaped by so many things, from dating culture and social media to past relationships and the stories we tell ourselves about our attractiveness and worthiness of love.
My Body in the Bedroom is a nine-week therapy group for women who want to feel more comfortable in their bodies, explore their relationship with sex and pleasure, and create more fulfilling experiences of intimacy and connection.
Through guided reflection, psychoeducation and group discussion, we’ll explore the beliefs that hold us back and make room for greater confidence, curiosity, and self-compassion.
