about me

my style

I know how daunting and vulnerable it can feel to start this process.

I work with individuals and couples in their 20s - 40s seeking deeper connection with themselves, their partners, and their bodies. Our work together can help you slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with greater intention, meaning, and joy in life.

While the tools and techniques are important, I believe that the true magic happens when an authentic, trusting, and safe relationship is developed between the therapist and client. I encourage my clients to show up messy in session, to say the things that feel shameful to admit out loud, and to bring curiosity to areas where judgment and self-criticism run the show.

Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply sensing that something in your life needs attention, I’d be honored to support you.
