Individual Therapy
I work with individuals in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or ready for change. You may be navigating anxiety, body image concerns, low self-worth, identity questions, relationship challenges, intimacy concerns, or a major life transition. Individual therapy is a space to slow down, get curious about your patterns, and better understand the experiences, beliefs, and emotional cycles that may be shaping how you move through the world.
My approach is warm, relational, and insight-oriented, while also grounded in practical tools for change. Together, we may explore childhood experiences, attachment patterns, and the parts of your story that still show up in the present. I also integrate mindfulness, somatic practices, and other hands-on tools to help you build self-awareness, strengthen your relationship with your body, and move toward a life that feels more clear, connected, and aligned.
COUPLES THERAPY
I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where couples can explore the full range of their relationship dynamics, including the difficult, tender, and often unspoken parts of their experience. My work is informed by sex therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, with a focus on helping partners break out of entrenched patterns, navigate conflict, and move toward more secure emotional and physical connection.
I work with couples navigating concerns related to intimacy, desire discrepancies, infidelity, communication breakdowns, emotional disconnection, parenting stress, and long-standing conflict. While sex therapy is a core part of my work, our struggles in relationships often extend far beyond sex alone. Together, we can explore the deeper emotional layers beneath these challenges and work toward a relationship that feels more connected, resilient, and fulfilling.
